ADV+ Process Selected by District of Columbia

Mobile Video, along with Manatron Appraisal Division, has been awarded a contract by the District of Columbia to field verify residential properties utilizing the Appraisal Data Verification Plus (ADV+) process.  Including counties in both Ohio and Kansas, this is the third jurisdiction to have contracted ADV+ services. In addition to the standard "team" of MVSI employees, Manatron will be providing an on-board review appraiser in each van to verify property appraisal information.  ADV+ is an alternative to the standard revaluations or updates undertaken by most jurisdictions.
