Field Data Verification Technician Position

This position involves working from a van to collect a photo, an x,y coordinate and verify the address of structures in property taxing jurisdictions and cities throughout the United States. Full-time positions are available - 40 hour work week, typically with an additional 4 hours overtime per week.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and how computers work, but need not have formal training.

• The ability to type and use a keyboard.

• A basic sense of direction (North, South, East and West) and the ability to read a map and follow directions.

• Good eyesight and a sense of what constitutes a good photo (color, size, subject orientation).

• No evidence of motion sickness and the ability to read a computer screen in a moving vehicle.

• A willingness to work outside under demanding conditions; heat/cold, busy streets, questions from the public, etc.

• A calm demeanor is a plus.

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

• Possess a good driving record.

• Be willing to subject oneself to drug testing and a background check.

• Be able to work largely unsupervised.
