Image Management Software
The Yotta MVS Image Management Software (IMS) is a suite of programs that facilitates the viewing, reporting, analyzing, building and editing of a real property image attribute database. The applications are Windows compliant, run on an ODBC database such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle databases, and are currently installed at over 75 customer sites. The programs have been developed to run on an organization's existing network, the only hardware addition is disk space for the digital photographs at a ratio of 1 gigabyte for each 20,000 property records. Following is a summary of the IMS programs.
Editor
Editor provides the user with all of the features necessary to update and maintain the parcel image database. With the
Editor, users are able to add new images to new or existing parcels, delete images from existing parcels, or modify any
image attribute data associated with an image.
Viewer
Viewer is the primary image database access system. It allows the user to query the image database either by parcel number or by other data from the appraisal database system, such as owner name, address, or property attributes.
Map View
Map View is a GIS-based application that provides for the visual analysis and display of parcel data, images, and maps to
reveal neighborhood trends, out-of-range properties, or graphical representation of any information contained within the
selected data set.
