Lee County, FL Contract for Images and Sketch Validation

Lee County, Florida has contracted with MVSI to capture high resolution street view images, verify addresses and assign x,y coordinates for twenty percent (20%) of its residential parcels per year.  At the same time, sketches from the County's CAMA system will be compared with the building footprints from the latest "orthos" in order to determine if and where any significant discrepancies exist.  The images captured by MVSI, combined with the County's existing oblique and orthographic imagery will support desktop review in compliance with the IAAO's recently amended Standard on Mass Appraisal of Real Property.
