Mobile Office (Mobile "O")
Mobile Office (Mobile “O”) is a field acquisition and verification application which allows the User to take tools which were previously confined to the desktop, out into the field. These tools include mapping/GIS, imaging, appraisal data, and parcel review lists with GPS support.
Mobile “O” is an excellent mapping device, which displays the User's current location, as well as all desired parcel locations, on a GIS map. This allows efficient routing through a day's work without the need for time-consuming map prep work. And the same functionality that is currently used in Yotta MVS’s state-of-the-art Property Information Collection System (PICS) has been incorporated into Mobile "O". Jurisdictions are able to create or maintain their image database, regardless of whether it was initially developed by Yotta MVS.
The State-of-the-Art Field Appraisal Aid
The Mobile Office application allows Users to extract a subset of data for field verification. While in the field, the User
can take a digital photograph of properties, assign x,y coordinates, and review property characteristic data. Parcels can be
queried by parcel number, address, or through any other extracted CAMA data. Upon return to the office, Mobile “O” will
automatically synch the images and data to the image database.
