Project for Osceola County, FL Completed

MVSI recently completed a project for Osceola county, Florida in which high resolution street-view images were captured, addresses verified, and x,y coordinates determined for more than 80,000 residential parcels.  At the same time, field appraisers from the County's Property Appraiser's Office rode in our vans updating property characteristic data on these parcels.  In a TV news story that was done on this project, the Property Appraiser, the Honorable Atlee Mercer, noted that the process will allow them to "appraise more accurately and fairly" and "be in compliance [with state law] over the long haul."
